PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To provide customer service by packing all customers’ purchased products speedily and assisting at the frontline in order to enhance customer satisfaction.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Pack all customers’ goods separately, according to the different categories.
- Avail trolleys and baskets at the store entrance for customer convenience.
- Provide friendly customer service at all times.
- Attend to handling customer queries.
- Get correct prices for items which are not priced or do not scan correctly at the till point.
- Relief and assist in all areas during periods of absence or crisis.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- National Senior Level Certificate.
