- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a high level of numerical accuracy with cash handling, ensuring that all transactions are processed correctly and efficiently
- Manage inventory levels, monitoring stock and reporting any discrepancies to management
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and procedures
- Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
Requirements:
- 0-1 year of retail experience, preferably in a cashier or customer service role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to handle cash and process transactions efficiently
- Previous experience with cash handling and inventory management is highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems are an advantage
