PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic Human capital team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees, managing payroll queries, and supporting compliance with statutory obligations.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

 

  •  Diploma / Advance Diploma in Finance / Human Resources or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Payroll processing preferably withing the FMCG environments.
  • Proficiency in payroll SAP software and  familiarity with Excel and reporting tools.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Process end-to-end payroll on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Process payroll records including new hires, leavers, and changes in employee details.
  • Calculate wages, benefits, tax deductions, and other withholdings.
  • Prepare and submit statutory payments.
  • Reconcile payroll data and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Liaise with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate payroll information.
  • Handle employee payroll queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Always maintain confidentiality of payroll data.
