Jwaneng SACCOs is a Co-operative Society currently owned by more than 2700 members who actively participate in the growth of their own Society by saving regularly and getting loans at affordable rates. The society is currently owned by Debswana employees, Naledi Mining Services employees, and Debswana Pensioners, as well as employees of the Society.

Jwaneng Savings and Credit Co-operative Society seeks to recruit Botswana nationals for the following position tenable in Jwaneng:

1. Cleaner / Messenger / Driver

Main Purpose of the Job

  • Drive light duty vehicle, collect and deliver Society documents, and ensure vehicle maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Maintain clean and hygienic environments in compliance with safety standards and manage daily cleaning tasks.
  • Monitor and authorize access of personnel and visitors to the premises.

Key Performance Areas

  • Collect and deliver mail, parcels, and official documents.
  • Perform errands such as transporting visitors and collecting office cleaning materials.
  • Complete driver’s logbook and process fuel and receipt accounts.
  • Check and replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies regularly.
  • Report supply shortages for timely restocking.
  • Clean and sanitize office areas, restrooms, and communal spaces.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Junior Certificate with a valid driver’s license (light and PSV)
  • At least three (3) years of work experience
  • At least two (2) years of proven driving experience
