Are you someone who can:

  • Lead the design, deployment and deployment of scalable automation solutions in adherence to industry best practice.
  • Implement efficient workflow solutions to streamline business process, leveraging from automation tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Prioritize resource allocation to minimize and reduce wastage while producing measurable improvements in operational efficiencies.
  • Deliver service that exceeds customer expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solution design and development
  • Ensure resolution of stakeholder queries and complaints timeously and ownership of issues
  • Build relationships that allow for the managing of expectations; the sharing of knowledge and diverse insights; and the creation of buy-in
  • Engage in cross-functional relationships to obtain and to provide work support
  • Ensure compliance with relevant statutory, policy, standard, framework and governance requirements in area of accountability
  • Research, enable and consult on improvements and opportunities to harness technology and platform enablement
  • Review existing processes and suggest innovative ideas to improve and streamline processes to drive efficiencies and minimize redundancy

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

  • Have 5 years experience in a similar environment
