Job Description

We are seeking for RMM Academy Advisors from the following locations: Grootfontein, Keetmanshoop, Luderitz, Oshakati, Outapi, Rundu, Swakopmund/ Walvis Bay and Tsumeb.

Duties and responsibilities…

• Assist clients in achieving their financial goals through providing financial advice and relevant solutions to individual
• Advise clients in line with the customer value proposition and compliance framework
• Retain existing business
• Perform sales leads conversion and other duties as assigned by the Supervisor as part of the training program

Minimum Requirements…

• Namibian Citizenship
• Grade 12 with commercial or business-related subjects
• A clear criminal and credit check
• Ability to work under pressure whilst still maintaining a professional image
• Good planning, organising and time-management skills
• Computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
• Proactive and passionate about sales
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Self-starter and team player
• Valid Driver’ license will be an advantage
