1 x Cashier
Requirements:
• 3 – 5 years experience as a cashier
• Basic Math Skills
• High school diploma or higher qualification
• Technical Skills – Proficiency in OPS
• Innkeeper would be an added advantage
• Financial accuracy – strong, accurate cash handling skills
• Energetic and can work long hours standing
• Great communication skills
• Excellent people skills in providing friendly customer care
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and varied shifts
• Strong teamwork abilities and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
General Key Responsibilities:
• Operating cash up on OPS, handling cash credit/debit cards and issuing of invoices
• Greeting customers, answering the phone, taking bookings and room service orders when required
• Coordinating with kitchen staff, order accuracy and packaging of take away orders
• Flexibility to work shifts, Sundays and public holidays
• A customer focused and service care- oriented mindset is of outmost importance
• Previous experience in food service is preferred though not a requirement
• Detailed job descriptions will be provided to successful candidates
2 x Waiter/ Waitress
Requirements:
• 3 – 5 years’ experience
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to accept criticism and work under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Active listening skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong teamwork abilities and efficiency in a high-volume restaurant
• Time management and good organization skills
General Key responsibilities :
• Welcoming guests, seating them and providing menus
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately
• Delivering food and drinks orders in a professional manner
• Time management and good organization skills
• General wait staff responsibilities in the restaurant
