PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To create content and support all Brands in earning audience attention, translating consumer insights into storytelling. Ultimately driving targeted inbound traffic and or guiding visitors through our various sales funnels.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, human science, communication, or related fields.
- A minimum of 3 years working in the same/similar position/content editor.
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. Web Trends)
- Familiar with social media management platforms such as Meta Business Suite and Sprout Social.
- Understanding of customer segmentation.
- Digital literacy: understanding of Digital Fundamentals (beyond SM)
- Experience in the Hospitality and Tourism industry will be an added advantage.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Assist in the creation and execution of the digital strategy aligned with business goals.
- Execute regular content audits on all platforms.
- Maintain the O&L leisure website and Property portals up to date.
- Assist in the implementation of the CMS system and apply insights into consumer thoughts.
- Prepare monthly report on the ReviewPro feedback system and insights into consumer thoughts.
- Research on new digital transformational opportunities.
- Create content briefs and liaise with suppliers to execute when needed.
- Support in uploading the content and campaigns according to targets set out and tracking the ROI.
- Add value to brainstorm sessions with the marketing team.
- Measure and analyse success of brand’s content marketing efforts when required by digital executive.
- Analyse competitor activities and create relevant propositions in line with the digital marketing strategy.
- Assist with logistical support for all O&L Leisure’s special events.
- Assist the Social Media Manager with community management.
- Support any additional reasonable requests by Marketing Manager.
