We’re Hiring – Finance Manager
Company: Leboam Holdings (PTY) Ltd t/a MP Mining
Location: Kopano Copper Mine, along A3 Maun Road between Mosetse and Dukwi villages

Position: Finance Manager
To oversee the financial health of the organization by managing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and risk, while providing strategic financial insights to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
- Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis with actionable insights
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury activities
- Oversee financial controls, policies, and risk management frameworks
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and business case analysis
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members
- Liaise with senior management, external auditors, banks, and regulators
Qualifications, Experience & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, BICA) – mandatory
- Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience in finance or accounting roles
- At least 3 years in a leadership position
