Madisa Camp, set in the heart of Damaraland, is looking for a vibrant management couple to join our team as General Lodge Managers! 
If you’re passionate about hospitality, nature, and creating unforgettable guest experiences, this could be your next adventure. We’re looking for a hands-on couple with leadership experience, strong organisational skills, and a love for the outdoors. Maintenance know-how and a guiding background (NATH or FGASA) are a big plus!
Location: Madisa Camp, Damaraland
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills when supervising staff
• Oversee and guide the overall operations of the lodge, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning
• Support administrative duties with sound knowledge and efficiency
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of all lodge operational departments to effectively assist and organise staff throughout the workday
• Coordinate and delegate responsibilities within the management team to ensure optimal operational effectiveness and efficiency
• Strong Maintenance and vehicle experience with proof
• Experience in Scheduling; Forecasting and Budgeting
• NATH or FGASA Guiding and Trails
• C1 Driver‘s Licence with PDP
• Good communication skills
