Job Description
The Intern role is a development role in which the incumbent delivers on predefined work objectives while gaining structured work experience in the business area.
During the period of employment, the Intern will perform varied tasks which may include research, analysis, administration, process and project work that add value to the business area.
Work related training will be provided as required.

- Diploma in Project Management / Bachelors Degree in Project Management
- B.Com (Marketing, Communication, business administration)
- LLB
- B. Com (Property)

- B.Com (Investments)
- Business Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, banking or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field
- Statistics or Data Sciences
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Banking, or a related field
- B.Com (Hon) Financial Management
- Degree in Finance / data analytics
- Degree in : Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Operations Management
- Degree in : Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture
- Degree in : Operations Management (Security)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Chemical or Metallurgy)
- Bachelor’s Degree in: Computer Science / Informatics, Information Technology/Systems, Software Engineering, Data Science
- Bachelor’s Degree in: Law ( Focus on Technology or privacy law), Certified Cybersecurity / Information Security, Certified Data governance/Information systems, Certified Information/Data Privacy
- Degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics
REQUIREMENTS:
• Applicants must be Namibian Citizens
• Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 31
• Applicants must have been unemployed for at least 6 months
• Relevant tertiary qualification in line with above fields
• 65% – 70% academic average in tertiary qualification
• Applicant must have no or limited work experience (less than 12 months’ work experience of a part-time/casual nature)
