KFC Jwaneng & KFC Francistown is recruiting Food Delivery Drivers.
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Delivery Rider with their own bike to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be tasked with delivering packages, food, or other items to customers promptly
and professionally. If you are self-motivated, enjoy riding, and want to be part of a growing company,
we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver items to customers within the specified time frame using your own bike.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries.
- Ensure that all deliveries are completed with excellent customer service.
- Handle all items with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers and the dispatch team regarding delivery status.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety guidelines while on the road.
- Perform basic maintenance and upkeep of your bike to ensure reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- BGCSE
- Must own a reliable bike suitable for delivery purposes.
- Valid driving license for a motorbike.
- At least 2 years’ experience as a delivery rider or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of local areas and traffic patterns.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Physically fit and capable of handling long hours of riding.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
