PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To perform the overall operations within the department by implementing the required standards and provide excellent customer service for the profitability of the store.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Collect stock from cold-rooms and pack on shelves according to set standards.
- Rotate stock continuously and according to FIFO principles.
- Check the price range register and place the correct pricing stickers on the products.
- Provide a speedy and effective service to customers by assisting with queries on stock and use of the products.
- Prepare and timeously present all specialties and display in an attractive manner.
- Prepare and attend to stock takes as scheduled.
- Maintain company standards and ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- National Senior Level Certificate.
- 1-to-2-years retail experience.
