Job Description:
To perform business requirements analysis and updates for robotic process automation implementations and internal transformation efforts and to serve as the facilitator for an agile development team
Are you someone who can:
- Identify and assess potential processes for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and analytics solutions and document business processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, governance, integrity, and practice standards to identify and manage risk exposure in area of responsibility and audit requirements during execution.
- Perform assessment to identify and prioritize business processes that are potential candidates for automation.
- Oversee the quality delivery of the robotics solutions in accordance with the given delivery methodology of the robotics software.
- Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs.
- Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards.
- Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders that support thought leadership, innovative and integrated practice solutions.
- Identify, control and escalate potential risks which may lead to increased costs.
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in BCom Informatics / BSc Computer Science / BSc Information Technology and Blue Prism Developer Certified Accreditation will be an added advantage.
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience as a software/system developer, or 3 to 5 years of IT business analysis experience.
