PRODUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

BASIC FUNCTION OF THE POSITION: The Production Superintendent will be responsible for effectively providing leadership and guidance to Concentrator operations and the associated support staff, ensuring that production goals are achieved at optimum efficiency and minimum cost while maximizing production rates of ore and recovery of Copper and Silver, directing the Concentrator technical groups to maximize availability and optimize process performance, all consistent with safe operating procedures, applicable laws and sound business practices.

The Senior Mechanical Engineer oversees the commissioning, operation and maintenance of the tailings Filter Plant and associated ancillaries, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant tailings dewatering management aligned with metallurgical and pastefill requirements. This role integrates process engineering, maintenance coordination, legal compliance, and stakeholder engagement to optimize tailings filtration, water recovery, and filter cake deposition onto stockpiles for haulage to Zone 5.
