Financial Accountant

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To provide guidance and assistance to the finance department in the processing and reconciliation of monthly financial position accounts. To supervise the accounts payable section and ensure accuracy, completeness, and validity of data. Assist in the preparation of the monthly management accounts by reconciling and consolidating financial information in accordance with IFRS and IAS. To ensure the smooth running of the financial department.

Payroll Administrator , Walvis Bay, NA

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic Human capital team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees, managing payroll queries, and supporting compliance with statutory obligations.  

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

 

 Diploma / Advance Diploma in Finance / Human Resources or related disciplines. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Payroll processing preferably withing the FMCG environments. Proficiency in payroll SAP software and  familiarity with Excel and reporting tools.

Bus Driver (B4) – 12-month Fixed Term Contract (2503)

Vacancy exists for a Bus Driver on a 12-month fixed term contract (FTC) in the transport section within the Mining Asset Management department. Reporting to the Transport Controller, the successful candidates will be responsible for the efficient, effective and safe transportation of Rössing employees to and from their place of work, including general transport-related tasks.

Safely and effectively transporting Rössing personnel and approved visitors to and from the mine.
